Termos e Condições da Promoção da Pesquisa de Agricultura e Paisagismo MILWAUKEE®​ 2025​
PROMOTOR
 
  1. A pesquisa de Agricultura e Paisagismo da Milwaukee ("Promoção") é promovida pela  Techtronic Industries Iberia, S.L., com sede registada na Av. da Liberdade 69 - 3ºc 1250-140, Lisboa, Portugal, SL6 8AD ("Promotor").
  2. A participação na Promoção implica a aceitação do presente Acordo. Os participantes estarão sujeitos aos termos de utilização do website da Milwaukee disponíveis em https://pt.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/terms-of-use/ e aos termos e condições da pesquisa disponíveis em https://pt.milwaukeetool.eu/competitions/ope-survey-2025/ope-survey-terms-and-conditions/.
 
 
ELEGIBILIDADE
 
  1. Esta Promoção é aplicável a residentes de países europeus participantes (Áustria, Dinamarca, Estónia, França, Alemanha, Hungria, Letónia, Lituânia, Noruega, Eslováquia, África do Sul, Suécia, Suíça, Reino Unido) com idade igual ou superior a 18 anos na data de participação. A Promoção será considerada nula e inaplicável onde for proibida por lei, estando sujeita a toda a legislação local aplicável.
  2. Estão excluídos da participação os colaboradores, administradores e diretores do Promotor, bem como das suas empresas afiliadas, familiares ou qualquer pessoa ligada de alguma forma à Promoção ou envolvida na sua organização.
  3. É da responsabilidade de cada participante assegurar que está legalmente habilitado a participar. Poderá ser exigida prova de elegibilidade, e a entrega do Prémio poderá ser suspensa até que o Promotor confirme o cumprimento de todos os critérios.
  4. Não há qualquer taxa de inscrição nem é necessária qualquer compra para participar nesta Promoção; no entanto, poderão aplicar-se custos de ligação à internet ou dados móveis, a cargo exclusivo do participante. O custo de acesso ao website da Promoção dependerá do fornecedor de serviços de internet do participante, sendo da sua inteira responsabilidade. O Promotor não se responsabiliza por tais custos.
 
 
PERÍODO DA PROMOÇÃO
  1. A Promoção tem início às 00:00 do dia 08/07/2025 e termina às 00:00 do dia 22/07/2025.
  2. Participações submetidas fora deste período não serão consideradas válidas.
 
 
COMO PARTICIPAR NA PROMOÇÃO
  1. Complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/milwaukee-ope-survey-2025  which is available in the email received using a valid email address and select a sub-trade.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
 
 
PRIZE CONDITIONS
 
  1. A total of 3 (three) participants will be selected at random using a computer-generated selection process to win the Prize listed in Annex 1.
  2. The Prize is listed in Annex 1 below. For the avoidance of doubt, the value of the Prize is EUR 1500.
  3. The Prize will be delivered within 30 working days from the date the winners each provide their postal address to the Promoter.
  4. The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the Promotion closing where they will be requested to provide a delivery address for sending the Prize.
  5. The winner must respond within 5 working days of notification to claim the Prize. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. The Promoter shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
  7. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  8. The Prize is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion.
 
 
DATA PROTECTION
 
  1. Personal data relating to the entrants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with the current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found here https://www.milwaukeetool.eu/footer/privacy-policy/
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants to verify their personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, any entry made in relation to the Promotion as set out in section 4 will be deemed to have given consent for the Promotor to process all personal data as defined under Art.4 (1) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679.
 
 
GENERAL
 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  2. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or suspected of fraud.
  3. The promoter is not responsible for technical issues or failures that prevent entry.
  4. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  6. If any provision under this Agreement is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
 
 
GOVERNING LAW
 
  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
